GFI Test Technologies Inc. was founded  in November of 1992 and incorporated in the state of MA. The two founders were electrical engineers with many years of experience both designing and selling Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for companies such as Teradyne, GenRad and Tektronix.  GFI’s original name was GFI Test Technologies Inc, however over the years we have expanded our product knowledge and offerings to cover many other types of technologies including:
